"The Worst Guy Of All Time, And The Girl who Came To Kill Him" It's Loki's story with changed names and locations.?
Loki was just the character that camera Man followed while TVA and Sylvie were on Waldron's 2012 script repurposed into the series, called The Worst Guy In The World And The Woman Who Came To Kill Him. But Loki doesn't was this guy, even though Sylvie is that woman. TVA and Sylvie took the lead in the script , it was just up to Loki to be the love interest that was written in Waldron 's 2012 script . Why are fans upset if the script was his? Keep reading .
The big problem is Loki is not the protagonist of the story and now we see the reason that is the screenwriter's ego to be recognized in his story negatively criticized in 2012 . He was able to completely forget about Loki and prioritize his sci-fi ideas over Mischief and trickster, a man, a god, he left him off just to serve as a bridge, where the camera man follow him showed both sides of a.same.history, which, like us, he was also a viewer, a little more active but had nothing as a protagonist or as Loki .
It's not critic to use a script already written for a new project, the mistake is in being a script considered bad, in which they didn't even bother to give the prominence to Loki, If instead of TVA it was the Loki that Sylvie wanted to kill, Loki would be the protagonist. Loki was imbedded no have your essence into an existing script, and it created a lot of holes, Sylvie could be someone else and not female Loki, Loki could turn into a woman sometimes showing his fluid gender, They could fall in love being different people because in the series there was only that isolated timeline, it was impossible to have two Loki's, this was unexplained, the only explanation would be if Loki and Sylvie were the one person of the same timeline and Sylvie came from the future where Loki was a woman but their past was was different, she looked more like Angela or some Valkyrie than Loki or Sylvie Lushton, because both are more feminine than her, but she looked like the Character from Michael Waldron's old script. The criticism is all there. Not because he used something from the past that he wrote himself, but because he wasn't careful to adapt without tas loose powder or to fit the protagonist in the prominent role (not screen time) but importance in the story, he put the TVA as the worst guy in the world and Sylvie as the Girl who came to kill him. And Loki was dancing samba from one side to the other and the camera following him to show both sides, he was a supporting role without his essence because they prioritized Michael Waldron's script, instead of prioritizing Loki.
